We ship all orders in the USA within 3-5 busniess days. During the holiday seasons, due to the high volume of orders, expect delays from postal services. One can expect to receive their order within 2 weeks but the arrival date may be much sooner based on location or later based on postal service delays.

We accept returns of jewelry items in new, unused, and sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Return acceptance & processs is at the discretion of the Sultan Exclusive quality control managers who deem an item in legible condition for return or not. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or refund.

All original packaging must be in included & intact. Customers pay for return shipping expenses.

Unfortunately, after 30 days we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

Returns are only acceptable for online purchases. (Order confirmation number required).

Returns are processed approximately within 7 business days of the item's arrival at our facility.
Refunds may take up to an additional 7 business days after the refund is issued, depending on your bank.

On our limited edition collection pieces (silver & crystal), all sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
